Krew for brands
Creator campaigns without screenshots or spreadsheets.
With verified numbers.
Your team approves scripts and content in one portal, with a record of who decided. Once the post is live, the numbers come straight from the platform — nobody types them, nobody edits them.

How it works today
Half of every campaign happens off the record.
Files on WhatsApp
The script in one chat, the video in another, the final cut behind an expired link. Nobody knows which one was approved.
Approvals nobody owns
“Go ahead and post” in a voice note is not a record. When something goes wrong, there is no who and no when.
Results as screenshots
The number arrives as a screenshot days later. It can be edited, and it cannot be compared.
How it works
Three steps, and the creator takes the first one.
No creator onboarding, no briefing spreadsheets, no integrations. The campaign already lives in the creator’s Krew — your brand just joins it.
- 1
The creator invites your brand
They enter your team’s email. The invitation shows up in the portal for whoever signs in with that email.
- 2
Your team approves in the portal
Scripts and content land in a single queue. Approving or requesting changes is recorded with name, date and comment.
- 3
The post is verified
The creator pastes the post link. Krew confirms it went live on the right account and pulls the numbers from the platform API.
Verified results
The number you receive was typed by nobody.
With the creator’s account connected, Krew reads the data straight from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and collects again throughout the first month. When a number was entered manually, the portal says so.
- The post is checked against the connected account — a link from another account does not pass.
- Collections at D+1, D+3, D+7, D+14 and D+30, and Stories while they are live.
- Every number shows its source: platform API or reported by the creator.

Control
Your brand sees what is yours. Nothing else.
Decisions with an author
Every approval keeps a name, date and comment. Approvals agreed outside Krew are flagged as external.
Only the campaign
You follow deadlines, materials, posts and results. Fees, other campaigns and the creator’s finances stay out.
Team roles
Invite who approves, who only follows along and who administers. Everyone signs in with their own login.
Many brands, one account
Agencies and groups switch between brands without mixing campaigns or approvals.
Questions
What brands ask before joining.
Does the creator need to use Krew?
Yes. The campaign lives in their Krew account, and they invite your brand using your team’s email.
How does my brand get in?
Through a creator’s invitation or an access granted by the Krew team. The invitation appears in the portal for whoever signs in with the invited email — there is no link to forward.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the official Instagram, TikTok and YouTube APIs, with the creator’s account connected. Without a connection, the creator can report the numbers, and the portal shows they were reported.
What do I see from the creator?
Only what belongs to the campaign you were invited to: deliverables, materials sent for approval, posts and results.
How much does it cost?
The brand portal is in pilot. Talk to the Krew team to find out how your brand can take part.
Your next campaign can already work like this.
Got an invitation from a creator? Sign in with the invited email and it will be waiting in the portal.
