The routine today

Ten creators become ten WhatsApps, ten spreadsheets and one missed deadline.

  1. 01

    Deadlines in someone’s head

Every creator reports what’s missing in a different way. The delay shows up when the brand chases it.

  2. 02

    Borrowed logins

To answer a proposal, someone asks for the creator’s password. Nobody knows who changed what.

  3. 03

    Commission at month-end

The math comes from a hand-built spreadsheet, on amounts that may not even have come in.

What the agency gets

Built for people who operate, not just follow along.

Today’s priorities

What each creator needs to do, sorted by deadline, with anything overdue at the top.

Operate the creator’s account

Answer proposals, run campaigns and log payments with your own login. A fixed bar shows whose account it is.

Agency commission

The creator picks the contract (Exclusive, Sourcing or Mixed) and commission is created on every paid campaign, on what has already come in.

Roster finances

Revenue, receivables and commission by creator, by campaign and by brand.

Team roles

Manager, editor, accountant and viewer. Everyone sees and does only what their role allows.

Brands in the loop

The roster shows which campaigns the brand follows on Krew, and its decisions show up right on the deliverables.

How the roster forms

The creator accepts. The account stays theirs.

The agency doesn’t create or buy accounts. It invites, the creator accepts and can end the link at any time. Profile and personal data are never within the agency’s reach.

  1. 1

    Invite by email

The creator gets the invitation and sees the agency’s name before accepting.

  2. 2

    They accept

Their account joins the roster, with the role you agreed on.

  3. 3

    Agree on the contract

Exclusive, Sourcing or Mixed. The creator picks one, and commission flows into every paid campaign automatically.

  4. 4

    Operate and follow up

Priorities, campaigns and agency commission on the same screen, every day.

Questions

What agencies ask before joining.

  • Does the agency pay for Krew?

The agency account has no subscription of its own. Each creator subscribes, on their own account.

  • How do I operate a creator’s account?

With the “Operate” button in the roster. You enter their screens with your own login, and a bar at the top shows whose account it is the whole time.

  • Can my team join?

Yes. Invite colleagues as manager, editor, accountant or viewer. Each one signs in with their own email.

  • How is commission calculated?

By the contract the creator picks with the agency: Exclusive (a rate on every paid campaign), Sourcing (only on campaigns the agency brought) or Mixed (one rate for each case). It is calculated on what has already been received; what is still to come in shows as expected commission.

  • What if the creator leaves the agency?

They end the link from their own account. From then on the agency can no longer see or operate that account.

Build your roster and start with what’s overdue.

Create the agency account, invite your first creators and see the agency’s priorities the same day.
